Biography
Albertse was born in KwaZulu Natal and represents Dundee Golf Club. He got his first Sunshine Tour win in 2021 when he won the Vodacom Origins of Golf tournament held at Mount Edgecombe Golf Club. In 2023, Albertse claimed the KitKat Cash + Carry Pro-Am to make it two wins on Tour.
Albertse has 20 top-10 finishes to his name which include runners-up finishes at the SunBet Challenge ? Time Square and the FBC Zimbabwe Open. Some of his best results include a third-place finish at the 2024 Bain's Whisky Cape Town Open. He finished 17th on the Order of Merit in the 2022/23 season, the highest he has ever gotten.
