Pat was born and raised in Zimbabwe. Immigrated to South Africa 1979.Is a founder member of the PGA of South Africa and Sunshine Tour. Was the head PGA Professional at Empangeni Country Club 1987 to 1997. Was the Director of Golf and General Manager at Richards Bay Country Club 1997 to 2000.Was elected to the Board of PGA of SA from 1997 to date.Qualified R and A Rules official Appointed Director of Operations of the PGA of SA, 2000 to 2003.International Rules official Mauritius, Europe, Asia and Australia Tournament Director PGA of SA 2000 to 2005.Personal lowest round in a Sunshine Tour Event, 61, 1999. Won the L&L SA Senior Open in 2004
